Format

Change support

A 1–3 month format for cases where it is already clear what to change, but it is hard to keep decisions and move through the noisy period without rollback.

I join as an external stabilizing contour: helping keep rhythm, check decisions against reality, and move through forks, conflict, and overload. This is support for change, not a replacement for the manager.

When it fits

Decisions exist, but they do not hold

The team agrees on changes, then returns to the old pattern in a few weeks.

Period of overload and forks

Too many parallel decisions, conflicts of interest, and deadline pressure. An external contour helps keep the shape.

You need to move carefully

No heroic push, but regular course checks and clear decision points.

What you get

  • Regular sessions focused on holding decisions and direction.
  • Discussion of forks, conflicts, and bottlenecks as they appear.
  • Recorded agreements and progress criteria.
  • External view on overload and rollback risks.
  • A workable rhythm without “process for process’s sake”.

How it works

  1. 1) Start frame: goal, horizon (usually 1–3 months), and criteria.
  2. 2) Regular sessions: usually weekly or once every two weeks.
  3. 3) Between sessions: short async support for important forks and decisions.
  4. 4) Periodic review: what works, what stalls, what should be simplified.
  5. 5) Closing the cycle: what became stable and where external support is no longer needed.

What is needed

  • One contact person and basic discipline on agreements.
  • Readiness to record decisions and return to them.
  • Participation of key people in regular sessions when needed.
  • Transparency about constraints, conflicts, and the team’s real state.

Boundaries

  • I do not replace the manager, CTO, or delivery manager.
  • This is not task outsourcing or hands-on development.
  • It will not work well without readiness to keep rhythm between meetings.

How to start

Write in Telegram about what you are changing now, where rollback appears, and what support horizon you are considering. If the format fits, we will align scope and rhythm.
